Our software is provided as a digital service. Deployment includes server configuration and student/staff enrollment features as per the selected plan.
Strict Clause: All payments made to Pushpa Solution for software subscriptions, licenses, or deployment are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Since our services involve digital deployment and server resource allocation, we do not offer any payment returns, refunds, or credits under any circumstances. We recommend users to check our training videos and features thoroughly before making a purchase.
Face data and attendance logs are encrypted. Pushpa Solution is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user-side security lapses (e.g., sharing admin passwords).
Failure to renew the subscription within the grace period will result in automated system lockout and potential data suspension from our neural core.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar/Maharashtra (Virar), India.
